Assembly effect

With LED indicate lights is percent capacity display,It can know the remaining power of the battery more accurately, avoid the battery being overused, and improve the battery life. You can also estimate the remaining working time through the remaining battery power.
Charge and discharge balance motherboard
The motherboard has a BMS system. When the battery is charged and discharged, each unit battery can be more coordinated and balanced. This can prolong battery life and make battery work more stable.
PCB Specification:
1. Built-in IC detects cell voltage current. And remember the number of uses!
2. Detection and protection battery:Overheat protection, overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, overcurrent protection, overcharge protection.

Preparation before assembly:
1. If a new core is used, please note:
a. 18650 power lithium battery core must be selected(),
b. A group of 10 cores must be equipped with resistance and capacitance to make their voltage the same.
2. If the old battery is repaired, please test the voltage at both ends of each cell. If the voltage is different, please charge each cell to the same voltage value.
Very important:
Ensure that the voltage of each cell is the same before welding PCB.
Internal module fixing holes.
There are fixed holes between the modules inside the part, which can make each part precisely aligned, and no part deviation will occur in the case of high-frequency operating vibration.
